| This enables you to send out emails from your current email address (charles@dial.pipex.com), and when someone replies to those emails they will be replying to another address using a different domain name (charles@charlesincorporated.com).
To do this you must contact USP and have us create a forwarding mailbox for you from - for example - the 'charlesincorporated.com' domain name to your current mailbox, ie 'charles@dial.pipex.com' |

Changing the Email Address on Your Outgoing Emails |
| 1. |
Click on Tools and from the drop down menu select Accounts... |
| 2. |
Select the appropriate email Account from the list within the white area of the new box that has appeared |
| 3. |
Click on the button on the right hand side of the new box, marked Properties |
| 4. |
Another box will appear with the General tab selected. Mid way down the box will be your User Information including: Name, Organisation, E-mail address and Reply address |

Click within the white box to the right of Reply address and enter the email address that you wish your emails to be replied to with (ie frank@smith.com) |

Now click on the button marked OK to close this box |

Then, to close the final box click on the button marked Close |

Congratulations, your outgoing emails will now display the email address you entered at stage 5 of these instructions. |
