So that you can access your email from any browser please go to http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail and - when prompted - enter the username and password that you have been supplied with by USP.

How to Accept Your Emails With Microsoft Outlook
1.   Click on Tools and from the drop down menu select Accounts...
2.   Click on the Add button in the top right hand side of this new box
3.   A small box will appear to the right of the Add button containing the following options: Mail Directory Services
4.   Click on Mail
5.   Another box will appear asking for your real name. Enter your real name (ie John Smith)
6.   Click on the Next button at the bottom of the box

7.   Will are now asked for your email address. Enter the email address you wish to use in this account
8.   Click on the Next button at the bottom of the box

9.   You will be asked for details of the mail server you will be using
10.   You are using a POP3 server
11.   Your Incoming mail server is: pop3.usp.net
12.   Your Outgoing mail server is: smtp2.usp.net
13.   Click on the Next button at the bottom of the box

14.   You will be asked for your Account name and Password. Both of these will have been sent to you by USP, and are case sensitive
15.   Be sure that the option to Remember Password is ticked
16.   Click on the Next button at the bottom of the box

17.   You will be asked which method you wish to connect to the Internet. Make your choice
18.   Click on the Next button at the bottom of the box

19.   You will be told that you have successfully set up your account
20.   Click on the Finish button at the bottom of the box.

  YOU ARE NOW SET-UP  - UNLESS OTHERWISE ADVISED THAT YOU NEED A SEPARATE LOGIN FOR THE OUTGOING SERVER, in which case...
21.   The account you have just created will be selected, so now hit the Properties button on the right of the box
22.   A new box will appear with the following tabs running across the top: 'General' 'Servers' 'Connection' 'Advanced'
23.   Click on Servers and a new box will appear
24.   At the bottom of the box click on the box next to the statement, "My server requires authentication"
25.   Click on the previously greyed out Settings... button
26.   A new box will appear. Click the circle to the left of the statement, "Log on using"
27.   Enter your account name as: [as advised] and your password as: [advised]

28.   Now click finished / OK in all the boxes and you will be ready to recieve email!
